Matt launched his career as an Ernst & Young accountant after graduating from Sydney University in Accounting & Finance. He has since enjoyed a varied career working with start-up ventures, right through to some of Australia’s largest companies including Rio Tinto, AMP and Aon Hewitt. This experience enables Matt to teach entrepreneurs how to apply big business principles in a small business environment to fast track growth.
Having started, grown and sold a number of businesses himself in a variety of industries, Matt’s hands-on experience allows him to consult on every stage of the business lifecycle, from conception through to exit strategy.
Matt’s business coaching methodology is simple. First, you need a strong understanding of where you are now, including all the variables that are restricting and supporting your business growth.

As a husband and father of three young children (10, 7 & 3), Matt understands the how to balance the demands of running a successful business with a healthy, happy family life.

Craig Wilson has been in the business of growing businesses for over 25 years.
At the age of 23 he bought his first business, a small catering franchise, and doubled its turnover in the first year.
A few years later he and his family took control of the entire franchise group. Craig oversaw the rebranding and introduced new marketing and operations systems which resulted in rapid growth, over 70 franchises, and being listed in BRW’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies for 3 consecutive years.
After a stint in radio where he ran the sales operations for 2 stations, Craig purchased a Newcastle advertising agency which he soon rebranded as Sticky and grew to become recognised as one of Australia’s most respected digital agencies.
Since 2005 Craig has worked with dozens of companies helping them grow through better advertising and marketing.









Craig has contributed to 3 international marketing books, writes a monthly marketing and business growth column for the Newcastle Herald and is regularly called upon for marketing and business commentary by the media.
